2016 CP3 Rising Stars National Camp
RISING HIGH SCHOOL FRESHMEN ONLY (CLASS OF 2020)

WHO:
The 2016 CP3 Rising Stars National Camp staff will be comprised of qualified instructors hand-picked by NBA All-Star Chris Paul and his trusted executive board members. The concept is simple: Learn from the best. Compete among the elite. As current eighth graders, members of the high school graduating class of 2020 are also eligible to be chosen to participate in the nationally-broadcasted DunkDog.com All-American game, which will follow the conclusion of CP3 Rising Stars National Camp. This year’s 4th annual DunkDog.com All-American Game will be overseen by CP3 Camp Directors Jon Adams and Steve Shelton, along with thegame’s founder and CP3 National Selection Committee Chair, Spencer Pulliam.

WHAT:
CP3 Rising Stars is considered the #1-rated youth exposure camp in the nation for soon-to-be high school freshmen student-athletes that are serious about playing at the collegiate level and beyond. Each year, more than 10,000 active players on the youth basketball travel circuit via organizations such as the Amateur Athletic Union (AAU) are considered for the coveted roster spots, but only the most gifted are awarded an invitation to Chris Paul’s CP3 Rising Stars National Camp.

WHEN:

WHY:
The intent of the CP3 Rising Stars National Camp is to provide players an elite environment to demonstrate their individual skill level and capacity to perform in a team setting. This unparalleled atmosphere will render a true reflection of where players are currently positioned amid their peers on a national level. Additionally, campers will be given an informed and honest assessment of their game in order to foster an awareness of the aspects they must continue to improve upon to remain among the best, while accomplishing their goals within the sport.

The DunkDog.com All-American Game is designed to provide a glimpse at the future stars of high school basketball. It is the first and only event of its kind in the nation. Dedicated entirely to rising high school freshman, it is the largest individual attraction in youth basketball, enhancing selected participants resume on the collegiate recruiting radar and placing them before a national audience. As evidence, nearly 500 Division I scholarship offers have already been awarded to 2013-2015 CP3 Rising Stars National Camp participants, and the original class of campers are yet to begin their senior year of high school.
