Lana Schlotfeldt is the General Manager, Event Planner and Director of Catering at the Village Inn Clemmons/Winston Salem. She handles ALL of your Event needs. She has worked at the Village Inn for 29 years, and delivers quality customer service with integrity, elegance, and confidence. She assists our guests and meeting planners in making valuable decisions such as menus, seating set-up, and program design for weddings, birthday parties, company Christmas parties, anniversaries, corporate meetings, and other social events. Lana also specializes in unique party decorating with special lighting, fabrics and design that is sure to intrigue the eye. Lana is known to jump out of airplanes, swim with sharks, loves to dance and travel, and has a passion for extreme sports.

Dana Bryson is the Managing Partner of Village Inn Hotel and Event Center and Owner of KZ Hotels. With more than 25 years of experience in hospitality, real estate, and accounting, Dana leads with a commitment to excellence, innovation, and community impact. Since acquiring the Village Inn, she has led over $3 million in renovations, including a full transformation of the guest rooms, common areas, exterior, and the Crosby Pub & Restaurant. In 2024, Dana expanded the property’s vision by converting 44 units into fully furnished apartments designed to support corporate housing, workforce accommodations, and transitional relocation needs—positioning Village Inn as a unique all-suite rental community in the Clemmons/Winston-Salem area. Dana currently serves as Chair of the Forsyth County Tourism Development Authority and is an active contributor to numerous committees focused on regional economic development strategies, workforce housing, and higher education partnerships. Her accolades include the Triad Business Journal’s Women in Business Award and the Leadership Award from the Lewisville-Clemmons Chamber of Commerce. A believer in servant leadership, Dana brings energy, integrity, and vision to everything she does—whether it’s welcoming a guest, mentoring young professionals, or speaking on leadership and entrepreneurship across North Carolina.
